Start using Portal! by FeelThere
All you need to do is go to the page feelthere.com/portal, download the portal and register your account. Registration is very simple using your email linked to the product purchase. Then a verification code will be sent to your email address. Typing it you will enter the portal. Simple and safe.
Upon entering you will find a modern design according to our new corporate identity. We have also renewed ourselves by adopting a clean technological style with marked contrasts that help to organize and find information easily.
At the top you will have two large sections, Store and Library. In Store are all our products for Air Traffic Control, Scenery, Airplanes and also a preview section of what is Coming Soon. Clicking each product banner you will see the products, specifications, images and all the necessary information. Similar to what you find on our website.
In the Library section you will find the products ordered by the left sections (X-Plane, Microsoft Flight Simulator and Tower! Simulator 3). But the new is that since it is a personalized channel, your own product list and an easy way to access and update.
You will no longer have to worry about finding out updates, our portal will let you know when a new version of your product is available and will allow you to access it easily, safely and fast.
On the right side is the Settings and Legal portal section, by clicking on the gear. Within Settings you have the General menu to view your account information and adjust your preferences. In the Application menu you can see the installed library products and options to clean data.
The Support menu deserves that we dedicate a special space, since an important communication channel with you will be established there. We consider it very important to give you the support you need, when you need it. Therefore you also have FAQ to help you, contact with our support team, bug reports and access to our Discord community channel.
