Return & Refund policy
Our Returns policy:
FeelThere, Inc. does not accept refunds or returns on any of its digital product due to copyright and licensing restrictions.
However, if you experience issues downloading the product or the downloaded product is defective, please contact FeelThere’s support team at support@feelthere.zendesk.com or at Feelthere support desk (Click submit a ticket) within 14 days of purchase.
In such case we will provide a remedy or help the customer obtain a working copy.
If the issue is found by our technical support team, but we are unable to remedy the problem within 30 days, a store credit, refund or exchange may be offered.
For ESD (Electronic Software Distribution) products, we may require you to sign a letter of destruction as a condition of the return.
FeelThere, Inc reserves the right to deny any return or refund that fails to meet our refund policy criteria or if the software is not installed on the recommended hardware.
