CDG airport is the largest airport in France and the second largest in Europe. The airport located to the northeast of Paris. Opened in March 1974, renamed Charles de Gaulle Airport.
The airport has four parallel runways and three terminals. The terminals are situated between two pair of runways.
Terminal 1 is the oldest and its sub terminals are situated around the main building giving this terminal a special look.
Terminal 2 was originally built exclusively for Air France, however, nowadays it hosts other airlines too.
Terminal 3 is for charter and low-cost airlines.
